A team from PARC participated in a Training of Trainers (TOT) sessions on 21st-century skills alongside a group of trainers from Palestinian business incubators, supported by the Belgian Development Agency Enabel, for a duration of five days at the Ankars Hotel.

 

The training, which followed previous sessions, aimed to meet the qualification requirements for PARC team as key trainers for the training manual prepared by the Belgian Development Agency on 21st-century skills. The training covered various topics, including identifying training needs, developing training content, characteristics of a good trainer, and practicing training and coaching skills through the application of several sessions from the training manual. The training concluded with the distribution of certificates to the participants as accredited key trainers for the 21st-century skills development manual.
