PARC signed a MOU and handed over the work site to Al-Firdous Contracting Company, in the presence of the head of the Dura Rural Services Council, as part of the project " Enhance the well-being of Al Majd and Deir al 'Asal al Fauqa Area C residents by the provision of safe and sufficient drinking water services" funded by the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs in the occupied Palestinian territory (oPt).

 

The event was attended by PARC team Mr. Mahmoud Al-Haroub, Eng. Mohammad Al-Aqam, Site Engineer, in presence of representatives of  Eng. Thaer Al-Zeer from Dura Services Council, and Eng. Akram Talahmeh, Site Engineer from Al-Firdous Engineering Contracting Company.

 

This project will include installation of 6 km of internal water networks with a water pump for the two targeted villages, significantly contributing to improve the provision of safe and sufficient water for the residents of Area C.
