Agricultural Development Association (PARC) is soliciting policy revision services for the implementation of the project Application of natural based solution in waste treatment and re-use in the OPT that is funded by Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID) and implemented by the Agricultural Development Association (PARC) According to the following conditions:

1.     Target Locations: Nablus & Jenin Governorates.

2.     The applicant should have previous experience in similar work. 

3.     Agricultural development association is not obliged to accept the lowest prices and has the right to postpone, cancel, extend bid without explanation.

4.     Only registered company with authorized dealer number & can issue ZERO VAT invoices can apply.

5.     Eligible contractor can obtain quotation request documents by visiting PARC website on the URL: www.pal-arc.org or call on the below phone number to get the ToR by email.

6.     The Financial offers should be in separate sealed envelope.

7.     This project is VAT exempted.

8.     Eligible service providers should submit their offers in a sealed envelope at Agricultural Development Association- RAMALLAH no later than Thursday, 10th April 2025 at 02:00 pm.

9.     This announcement fees will be paid by the bid winner.
