Agricultural Development Association (PARC) is soliciting 21st Century Skills Training program for the implementation of the project Palestinian Youth Acquire Quality Professional Skills for the Development of Economic Activities that is funded by Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID) and implemented by the Agricultural Development Association (PARC), Fundación Promoción Social (FPS), and the Lutheran World Federation (LWF) According to the following conditions:

1.     Target Locations: Jerusalem (inside and outside the Separation Wall) & Ramallah Governorates.

2.     The applicant should have previous experience in similar work. 

3.     Agricultural development association is not obliged to accept the lowest prices and has the right to postpone, cancel, extend bid without explanation.

4.     Only registered company with authorized dealer number & can issue ZERO VAT invoices can apply.

5.     Eligible contractor can obtain quotation request documents by visiting PARC website on the URL: www.pal-arc.org or call on the below phone number to get the ToR by email.

6.     The Financial offers should be in separate sealed envelope.

7.     This project is VAT exempted.

8.     Eligible service providers should submit their offers in a sealed envelope at Agricultural Development Association- RAMALLAH no later than Thursday, 18th September 2025 at 02:00 pm.

9.     This announcement fees will be paid by the bid winner.
