PARC is conducting a training in hydroponic for a group of beneficiaries. This training is part of the project "Jerusalem Youth Acquire High-Quality Skills for Employment and Sustainable Entrepreneurship," funded by Spanish cooperation and implemented in partnership with FPS Foundation and the Lutheran World Federation.

The theoretical aspect of the training has been completed, and practical implementation has begun to solidify theoretical concepts and provide hands-on experience in system installation, cultivation, and monitoring for the youth. The practical application will take place at the PARC office and the Lutheran School in Beit Hanina. Part of the training will also be implemented at the agricultural center established in collaboration with the Lutheran World Federation at Japal Al-Zaiton in Jerusalem.

This training, consisting of 85 training hours, is part of the agricultural technical training program aimed at building the capacities of youth and enabling them to launch their agricultural entrepreneurial projects in Jerusalem, given the scarcity of land and the shortage of agricultural technical skills in the Jerusalem market.
