PARC held three days of presentation and evaluation for a group of innovative and income-generating ideas within the Empowerment Project: Marginalized Youth Establish Small and Micro Enterprises, funded by the European Union in partnership with the Belgian Development Agency (Enable). It's worth mentioning that the events took place in Jenin, Nablus, and Qalqilya to facilitate participants' access. The events included 77 individual presentations and 5 group presentations (cooperative associations) competing for grants provided by the project. A specialized technical committee composed of agricultural experts and business developers evaluated these presentations to determine the winners of 36 individual grants and 3 group grants.

The project aims to empower marginalized youth to establish entrepreneurial and income-generating projects. To achieve this goal, a capacity-building package was provided to youth in 21st-century skills, writing and developing business plans, presentation skills, as well as awareness training in gender equality, human rights, sustainability, and others. The training concluded with the development of 82 business plans, qualified for presentation in front of the judging committee to compete for grants provided by the project.
