PARC has delivered agricultural supplies and irrigation networks, metal supplies, greenhouse supplies, and dairy processing equipment to 150 beneficiaries from rural families and small farmers in eight locations in the Hebron and Bethlehem governorates. This initiative is part of the project to enhance food security in Palestine and is a segment of the initiative to mitigate the effects of the Ukraine war, funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) through GIZ Palestine.

This intervention aims to enhance food security for rural families and boost the production capacity of small farmers through a package of capacity-building measures and short-term theoretical and practical training in the fields of plant production, animal production, and food processing, in addition to grants in the area of production inputs.
