1.     The Bidder should have proven solid experience in similar works. 

2.     Agricultural development association (PARC) is not obliged to accept the lowest prices and has the right to postpone, cancel, extend bid without explanation.

3.     Eligible bidders can download quotation request documents from the PARC website: www.pal-arc.org/tenders.

4.     Eligible bidders should submit their offers as follows:

o   National suppliers: by hand delivery in a well-sealed envelope to PARC’s office (West Bank – Ramallah – Masyoon – behind Jerusalem Water Undertaking – PARC Headquarters, 1st Floor).

o   International suppliers: electronically via email to tenders@pal-arc.org.
