في ظل الظروف الإنسانية الصعبة التي يعيشها قطاع غزة، تواصل جمعية التنمية الزراعية (الإغاثة الزراعية) جهودها في مساندة الفئات الأكثر احتياجاً، ومن بينهم مرضى السرطان الذين يواجهون تحديات مضاعفة في ظل الظروف الراهنة.

وفي إطار مشروع "الاستجابة الطارئة وحماية حقوق السكان في مواجهة أزمة إنسانية غير مسبوقة في قطاع غزة"، والممول من Fons Menorquí، نفذت الإغاثة الزراعية تدخلاً إنسانياً لمساندة 50 مريضاً من مرضى السرطان، من خلال توزيع 50 حقيبة صحية و50 طرداً من الخضار الطازجة.

ويهدف هذا التدخل إلى المساهمة في تلبية جانب من الاحتياجات الصحية والغذائية للمرضى المستفيدين، وتوفير دعم ملموس لهم ولأسرهم في ظل الظروف الإنسانية الصعبة التي أثرت على مختلف جوانب الحياة في قطاع غزة.

وتأتي هذه المبادرة تأكيداً على التزام الإغاثة الزراعية بالاستجابة لاحتياجات الفئات الأكثر هشاشة، وتعزيز وصولها إلى الدعم الأساسي، ووضع الإنسان وحقوقه واحتياجاته في صميم الاستجابة الإنسانية.

PARC stands with cancer patients in Gaza amid an unprecedented humanitarian crisis

Amid the difficult humanitarian conditions facing the Gaza Strip, the Palestinian Agricultural Relief Committees (PARC) continues its efforts to support the most vulnerable groups, including cancer patients who are facing additional challenges under the current circumstances.

As part of the project “Emergency Response and Protection of the Population’s Rights Facing an Unprecedented Humanitarian Crisis in the Gaza Strip,” funded by Fons Menorquí, PARC implemented a humanitarian intervention to support 50 cancer patients through the distribution of 50 health kits and 50 fresh vegetable parcels.

The intervention aims to contribute to meeting part of the health and food needs of the beneficiaries and provide tangible support to patients and their families amid the difficult humanitarian conditions affecting all aspects of life in the Gaza Strip.

This initiative reaffirms PARC’s commitment to responding to the needs of the most vulnerable groups, improving their access to essential support, and placing people, their rights, and their needs at the heart of humanitarian response.
