Agricultural Development Association (PARC) is soliciting an Economic and Market System Analysis Study (West Bank & Gaza) for the implementation of the project Transformative Resilience, which is funded by the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID) and implemented by the Agricultural Development Association (PARC), according to the following conditions:

1.     Target Locations: Palestine (North of the West Bank and Gaza Strip).

2.     The applicant should have previous experience in similar work. 

3.     The Agricultural Development Association is not obliged to accept the lowest prices and has the right to postpone, cancel, or extend the bid without explanation.

4.     Only registered companies with authorized dealer number & can issue ZERO VAT invoices can apply.

5.     An eligible contractor can obtain quotation request documents by visiting the PARC website at www.pal-arc.org or calling the phone number below to get the ToR by email.

6.     The Financial offers should be in a separate sealed envelope.

7.     This project is VAT-exempt.

8.     Eligible service providers should submit their offers in a sealed envelope at the Agricultural Development Association- RAMALLAH no later than Thursday, 09th April 2026 at 14:00.

9.     The announcement fees will be paid by the bid winner.
