Agricultural Development Association (PARC) is soliciting Fact Sheet and Policy Paper Development for the implementation of the project Endurance - Smart Agricultural Practices for Sustainable Land Development and Irrigation Water Management in Palestine that is funded by European Union According to the following conditions:

1.     Target Locations: West Bank Governorates.

2.     The applicant should have solid previous experience in similar work. 

3.     Agricultural development association is not obliged to accept the lowest prices and has the right to postpone, cancel, extend bid without explanation.

5.     The Financial offers should be in separate sealed envelope.

6.     This project is VAT exempted.

7.     Eligible service providers should submit their offers in a sealed envelope at Agricultural Development Association- RAMALLAH no later than Sunday, 14th June 2026 at 02:00 pm.

8.     This announcement fees will be paid by the bid winner.
