Job purpose summary:

The main responsibility of the community mobilizer is to maximize community participation, engagement, promoting partnership, inclusive development and gender mainstreaming, CBOs and private sector engagement, and localize development at cluster/community level. 

Main Tasks and Duties:

·         Responsible for accomplishing project goal, objectives & outputs required within the project. 

·         Responsible for the proper documentation of the project activities.

·         Arrange/facilitate for different meetings with stakeholders and partners.

·         Prepare and submit periodic report 

·         Conduct /facilitate need assessment and in- depth socioeconomic analysis 

·         Handle beneficiaries’ complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them.

·         Lead the L&A at cluster level
