Job Purpose
The Field Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the implementation of field-level project activities under the PARC-implemented and UNDP-supported intervention. The position ensures effective coordination of activities delivered through MSME Helpdesk locations and outreach mechanisms, and supports the smooth implementation of training, advisory, incubation, and entrepreneurship support services in accordance with the approved work plan and UNDP operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day implementation of field activities across MSME Helpdesk locations and outreach sites.
- Ensure smooth execution of training sessions, advisory services, entrepreneurship activities, and Agriculture Hackathon events.
- Liaise with Helpdesk Administrators, technical experts, trainers, and consultants to ensure coordinated delivery of services.
- Support beneficiary mobilization, registration, and participation in project activities.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor implementation progress and ensure quality of service delivery.
- Monitor implementation against the approved work plan and report delays or operational challenges.
- Support data collection, verification of beneficiary participation, and field-level documentation.
- Ensure proper logistical arrangements for all field activities, including trainings and events.
- Identify operational issues in the field and propose practical solutions in coordination with the Project Manager.
- Contribute to preparation and implementation of the final marketing and visibility event.
- Ensure compliance with PARC procedures and UNDP standards in all field operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, Development Studies, Project Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in field coordination, project implementation, or development programmes.
- Experience in MSME support, livelihoods, or entrepreneurship projects is an advantage.
- Strong coordination, monitoring, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to work in complex and dynamic field environments.
- Strong reporting and documentation skills.
