PARC has signed the first group of 47 young men and women for employment following the provision of technical internships in agricultural fields serving cooperative, civil and private environmental sectors in rural areas. These youths will be employed for a three-month period across 15 private, civil, and public sector entities, aimed at enhancing their employment prospects and securing permanent jobs.

This initiative falls under the project of supporting vulnerable and affected Palestinian communities to transition towards more resilient and sustainable economic growth in the Jordan Valley. It is implemented by PARC in partnership with Oxfam and funded by the Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development  (BMZ).

The initiative aims to strengthen both technical and life skills among youth, in addition to that improving their job opportunities and supporting sustainable development in Palestinian rural communities.
