Agricultural Development Association (PARC) is soliciting services for the implementation of Assessment of PARC capacities in DRM and developing DRM Plan within the project “TOWARDS A GREEN AGRICULTURE IN PALESTINE: DEVELOPMENT OF INCLUSIVE AND SUSTAINABLE MODELS CONTRIBUTING TO RURAL ECONOMIC GROWTH” that is funded by AECID According to the following conditions:

1.     The applicant should have previous experience in similar work. 

2.     Agricultural development association is not obliged to accept the lowest prices and has the right to postpone, cancel, extend bid without explanation.

3.     Only registered company with authorized dealer number can apply.

4.     Eligible service provider can obtain quotation request documents by visiting PARC website on the URL: www.pal-arc.org or call on the below phone number to get the ToR by email.

5.     A clarification meeting concerning the task and the expected deliverables will be held on Wednesday 11th of Sept. 2024 at 11:00 am through ZOOM platform (link is available in the ToR document).

6.     The Financial offers should be in separate sealed envelope.

7.     This project is VAT exempted.

8.     Eligible contractors should submit their offers in a sealed envelope at Agricultural Development Association- RAMALLAH no later than Tuesday, 17th Sept. 2024 at 14:00.

9.     This announcement fees will be paid by the bid winner.
