الإغاثة الزراعية تعزز قدرات لجان إدارة مواقع النزوح في قطاع غزة

 

واصلت جمعية التنمية الزراعية الإغاثة الزراعية جهودها لتعزيز دور لجان إدارة مواقع النزوح في قطاع غزة من خلال العمل على تطوير وتفعيل هذه اللجان وتعزيز مشاركتها في متابعة احتياجات السكان والتنسيق بشأن القضايا المرتبطة بإدارة المواقع 

وفي هذا السياق عملت الإغاثة الزراعية على تعزيز لجان إدارة مواقع النزوح من خلال مراجعة واقع عمل اللجان وأدوارها وآليات مشاركتها والعمل على دعم تمثيل مختلف فئات المجتمع داخلها بما في ذلك تعزيز مشاركة النساء والفئات الأكثر احتياجًا بما يسهم في إيجاد آلية مجتمعية أكثر فاعلية للتواصل ومتابعة احتياجات السكان داخل مواقع النزوح.

 واستكمالًا لهذا العمل نفذت الإغاثة الزراعية تدريبًا لأعضاء لجنة إدارة موقع الشارقة في محافظة غزة بمشاركة أحد عشر عضوًا من أعضاء اللجنة من بينهم سيدتان بهدف تعزيز معارفهم ومهاراتهم المتعلقة بأدوار اللجنة ومسؤولياتها وآليات التنسيق والتواصل ومتابعة احتياجات السكان والتعامل مع القضايا التي تواجه الموقع

 ويأتي التدريب كخطوة مكملة للعمل الذي سبق تنفيذه مع اللجان بما يعزز قدرتها على القيام بدورها بصورة أكثر فاعلية ويدعم مشاركتها في متابعة أوضاع السكان والتنسيق حول احتياجاتهم داخل مواقع النزوح وتستكمل الإغاثة الزراعية تنفيذ تدريبات مماثلة في مواقع أخرى إلى جانب زيارات واجتماعات متابعة دورية مع اللجان بهدف مواصلة دعمها وتعزيز دورها في إدارة مواقع النزوح والتواصل مع السكان والجهات ذات العلاقة 

 وتؤكد الإغاثة الزراعية استمرار جهودها في دعم المجتمعات المتضررة في قطاع غزة وتعزيز المشاركة المجتمعية والآليات المحلية التي تساهم في الاستجابة للاحتياجات الإنسانية وتحسين واقع مواقع النزوح.

 

PARC Strengthens the Capacity of Site Management Committees in Gaza

​The Agricultural Development Association (PARC) continued its efforts to strengthen the role of Site Management Committees in the Gaza Strip by working to develop and activate these committees, and enhance their participation in monitoring residents' needs and coordinating on issues related to site management.

​In this context, PARC worked to strengthen the site management committees by reviewing how the committees operate, their roles, and their participation mechanisms

, and working to support the representation of various community groups within them, including enhancing the participation of women and the most vulnerable groups, which contributes to creating a more effective community mechanism for communication and following up on the needs of residents within displacement sites.

​As a continuation of this work, PARC conducted a training session for the members of the Al-Sharjah Site Management Committee in Gaza Governorate, with the participation of eleven committee members, including two women, with the aim of enhancing their knowledge and skills related to the committee's roles and responsibilities, coordination and communication mechanisms, monitoring residents' needs, and dealing with issues facing the site.

​The training comes as a complementary step to the work previously implemented with the committees, enhancing their ability to perform their role more effectively and supporting their participation in monitoring the conditions of residents and coordinating regarding their needs within displacement sites. PARC will also complete the implementation of similar trainings at other sites, alongside periodic follow-up visits and meetings with the committees, with the aim of continuing to support them and enhance their role in managing displacement sites and communicating with residents and relevant stakeholders.

​PARC affirms its continued efforts to support affected communities in the Gaza Strip and to enhance community participation and local mechanisms that contribute to responding to humanitarian needs and improving conditions at displacement .
