في خطوة استراتيجية نحو تعزيز الحوكمة والشفافية، اعتمد مجلس إدارة مؤسسة الإغاثة الزراعية بتاريخ 16/04/2025 ميثاق التدقيق الداخلي، وأعلن رسميًا عن تأسيس وظيفة التدقيق الداخلي وتشكيل لجنة التدقيق الداخلي برئاسة رئيس مجلس الإدارة م. سلام الزاغة، وذلك وفقًا لـ المعايير الدولية للتدقيق الداخلي (IPPF).

تأتي هذه الخطوة بهدف ضمان الاستقلالية المهنية لوظيفة التدقيق، وتفعيل دورها الرقابي بما يعزز الالتزام المؤسسي ويزيد من ثقة الشركاء والمانحين.

حيث يساهم التدقيق الداخلي المستقل في:

· تقييم فعالية الرقابة الداخلية

· كشف وتحليل المخاطر

· ضمان الالتزام بالسياسات والقوانين

· تعزيز الثقة لدى الجهات المانحة

Board of Directors of PARC approved the Internal Audit Charter and Establishes the Audit Committee Headed by the Board Chairperson as per international best practices

In a strategic step towards enhancing governance and transparency, the Board of Directors of PARC approved the Internal Audit Charter on April 16, 2025, and officially announced the establishment of the Internal Audit Function, along with the formation of the Audit Committee chaired by the Board Chairperson, in line with the International Professional Practices Framework (IPPF) for internal auditing.

This move aims to ensure the independence and professionalism of the internal audit function, enabling it to play a critical post-expenditure oversight role that strengthens compliance and reinforces donor and stakeholder trust.

The independent internal audit function contributes to:

Assessing the effectiveness of internal controls

Identifying and analyzing organizational risks

Ensuring compliance with internal policies and law

Building donor confidence and institutional accountability
