PARC is looking for a consultant to conduct the final evaluation of the Advance Rural Development Investment- oPt – ARDI project.

“Enhancing sustainable livelihoods and inclusive economic opportunities in rural communities in the Opt. “ARDI II”” funded by Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of the government of the grand Duchy of Luxembourg and implemented by Agricultural Development Association ‘PARC”. The project is designed to be implemented initially over a period of 48 months starting 2022. The project is implemented in West Bank (WB) and Gaza Strip (GS) by the main applicant (PARC).

Tender Conditions:

1.     The applicant should have previous solid experience in similar work. 

2.     Agricultural development association is not obliged to accept the lowest prices and has the right to postpone, cancel, extend bid without explanation.

3.     Firms, organizations and free lancers (team) are eligible to participate in this bid.

4.     The Financial offers should in separate sealed envelope.

5.     Companies should be registered in related Departments including Tax Departments.

6.     For Individuals, 10% will be deducted from the whole payment.

7.     A valid Source of Deduction Letter should be attached.

8.     Tenderers should submit their offers in a sealed envelope at Agricultural Development Association- Ramallah- Main office behind Jerusalem Water Undertaking (مصلحة مياه القدس) no later than Sunday, (19/04/2026) at 02:00 pm.

9.     This announcement fees will be paid by the bid winner.
