Agricultural Development Association (PARC) is soliciting shadow report services for the implementation of the project Endurance - Smart Agricultural Practices for Sustainable Land Development and Irrigation Water Management in Palestine that is funded by European Union According to the following conditions:

1.     Target Locations: West Bank Governorates.

2.     The applicant should have solid previous experience in similar work. 

3.     Agricultural development association is not obliged to accept the lowest prices and has the right to postpone, cancel, extend bid without explanation.

4.     Only registered companies with authorized dealer number & can issue ZERO VAT invoices can apply.

5.     The tenderer must provide a bid guarantee of 1000 EURO, the bank guarantee period should not less than (90) days, or a bank check certified by the name for Agricultural Development Association.

6.     Eligible service providers can obtain quotation request documents by visiting PARC website on the URL: www.pal-arc.org or call on the below phone number to get the ToR by email.

7.     The Financial offers should be in separate sealed envelope.

8.     This project is VAT exempted.

9.     Eligible service providers should submit their offers in a sealed envelope at Agricultural Development Association- RAMALLAH no later than Sunday, 26th April 2025 at 02:00 pm.

10.  This announcement fees will be paid by the bid winner.
