Agricultural Development Association (PARC) is soliciting Final Evaluation services for the implementation of the project Enhancing livelihoods, Food Security, and sustainable economic growth in the West Bank and Gaza Strip, Palestine that is funded by The Netherland Representative office (NRO) According to the following conditions:

Tender Conditions:

1.     The applicant should have solid previous experience in similar work. 

2.     Agricultural development association is not obliged to accept the lowest prices and has the right to postpone, cancel, extend bid without explanation.

3.     Only registered companies/ Teams with authorized dealer number & can issue ZERO VAT invoices can apply.

4.     Eligible service providers can obtain quotation request documents by visiting PARC website on the URL: www.pal-arc.org or call on the below phone number to get the ToR by email.

5.     The Financial offers should be in separate sealed envelope.

6.     This project is VAT exempted.

7.     Eligible service providers should submit their offers in a sealed envelope at Agricultural Development Association- RAMALLAH no later than Sunday, 25th Oct. 2026 at 02:00 pm.

8.     This announcement fees will be paid by the bid winner.
